The agreement between you and SkillsHub when you use our website and consulting services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and education-consulting services provided by SkillsHub. Please read them carefully. They set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. If you are using our services on behalf of a student who is a minor, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
2. Our services
SkillsHub provides advisory and education-consulting services, including career counselling, university shortlisting, application guidance, scholarship support, and test preparation advice. Our services are advisory in nature. We work diligently on your behalf, but we do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visa approvals, or any specific outcome, as these decisions rest entirely with the relevant universities and authorities.
3. Your responsibilities
To help us serve you well, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for your applications.
- Respond to requests and meet agreed timelines so deadlines are not missed.
- Use our services lawfully and not misrepresent your credentials or documents.
4. Fees & payments
Fees for our services are agreed in advance and communicated to you before any engagement begins. Unless stated otherwise in writing, payments are due as set out in your service agreement. Fees for advisory services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law or expressly agreed. Any third-party costs, such as university application or test fees, are your responsibility and are separate from our service fees.
5. Intellectual property
All content on our website and within our materials — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and guides — is owned by SkillsHub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use our materials for your personal application purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided in good faith and with reasonable professional care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillsHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, nor for outcomes that are determined by third parties — including universities, examination bodies, and immigration authorities. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may end an engagement in line with the terms of the relevant service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue access to our website or services where these Terms are breached or where required to protect our students, staff, or systems.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
